We believe that a strong home school partnership supports your child in being happy and confident in school and achieving well.
This partnership begins before your child starts school through our new parents evenings and opportunities to visit and see our school in action. For families moving to the area and pupils changing schools, visits are always welcomed. Our staff are very approachable and work to develop a strong partnership with parents at all stages as your child moves through our school.
We have regular parents’ evenings, learning themes, newsletters and updates on English and maths to keep you informed.
A chance to work alongside others to share ideas. Read more about the Parent Forum here.
Parent helpers are welcome in school. Children benefit immensely from the experience and support of such helpers across the curriculum. If you would like to help in any way (for example with reading, art and craft, sporting and many more activities) please see your child’s teacher.
We have an active and supportive Parent Teacher Association for the Cliff Park schools which organises a range of fundraising events. This is a very active organisation and money raised directly benefits the children of our school.
